چکیده

Risk identification is integral to construction management. The severe consequences of identified risk factors on time and cost performance can be addressed by improved preparation responses affects the management process directly indirectly. Recent changes in valuation Egyptian currency against foreign currencies during last year measures cut down importation engineering materials equipment have had significant effects existing recognized regulations concerning Egypt. A pilot survey with expert engineers a crucial step completing research. In this research study, 15 experts were asked discuss collected from previous studies verify workability these Thirty-five selected survey, which was distributed 95 participants. To facilitate analysis process, collection based five-point Likert scale. Therefore, redefining arranging risks according current circumstances main objective study. proposed model different high-risk that could cumulatively affect overall performance, such as funding problems contractors, material price fluctuations, unrealistic estimates duration project activities, shortages market. Thus, help stakeholders achieve success, factor components should controlled duly.
